As part of the design process, our team conducted an economic study on the Orange County, CA housing market. This analysis looked at economic factors such as share of population by age, median income by industry, number of housing units in the market for various bedroom counts, income by education level, median home sale price, home price distribution, and home fuel type.

This research was then used to create three buyer personas for potential buyers ranging from starter home to age-in-place buyers.

The final #HOUSE design combined preferences from all three personas to create a design that is truly a house for anybody.
